Weezharoz<\/strong> \u2013 In an official statement, the IEA spokesperson stated that, upon receiving a complaint from Habibi\u2019s family, all relevant government bodies conducted a thorough investigation, but found no evidence indicating that Habibi had been detained by any IEA institution.<\/p>\n

The statement emphasized that all IEA institutions, including the GDI, operate under Islamic laws approved by the Amir-ul-Mu\u2019minin and are fully committed to upholding the rights of detainees.<\/p>\n

It added that any detained individual must be transferred to judicial authorities within the required legal timeframe.<\/p>\n

The spokesperson stressed that the IEA, as a legitimate governing body, has no need to secretly detain individuals.<\/p>\n

He cited previous cases where foreign nationals, including U.S. citizens detained for violating Afghan laws, remained in contact with their families and underwent transparent legal proceedings, with full coordination with their respective embassies.<\/p>\n

Additionally, the IEA has formed a permanent committee under the Office of Complaint Hearings to investigate cases of missing persons.<\/p>\n
