Widespread Support Across Afghanistan for the Oppressed People of Gaza
Afghanistan-Amid the continued deadly assaults by the Israeli regime on the Gaza Strip, citizens across Afghanistan—from Kabul, Kandahar, Herat, and Mazar-i-Sharif to Nangarhar, Laghman, Balkh, Takhar, Panjshir, Parwan, Paktia, Faryab, Kunduz, Baghlan, and Logar—have staged mass rallies and gatherings to strongly condemn these atrocities. Weezharoz-Protests in Kandahar:
University professors, students, and the public gathered in major mosques holding Qur’an recitation ceremonies and protests, voicing their solidarity with the oppressed people of Gaza.
Speakers denounced the violence as a gross violation of human rights and international norms.
Protests in Kabul:
Thousands rallied in Wazir Akbar Khan, chanting slogans such as “Death to Israel” and “Save Gaza.”
Another large gathering took place in West Kabul near Masalla-e-Abasaleh Mahdi, where citizens and religious leaders strongly condemned Israeli crimes.
Herat & Mazar-i-Sharif:
In Herat’s central mosque and Injil district, crowds took to the streets showing deep sympathy with Palestinians. Youth participation was especially strong.
