Unveiling of the “Islamic Intellectual Unity Encyclopedia” with the Participation of 60 Prominent Scholars of the Islamic World
The Intellectual Property Protection Center (The Intellectual Property Protection Center), in the presence of prominent scholars from various Islamic denominations, unveiled the "Islamic Intellectual Unity Encyclopedia" in an 1800-page format. This scholarly work, created with the contribution of 60 intellectuals from different Islamic sciences, was praised by the participants at the "Interfaith Bridge-building Conference" for being the first comprehensive reference on the commonalities between Islamic sects.

Weezha Roz–Kabul– After undergoing thorough evaluation by the scientific committee of the Saudi Arabia Supreme Council of Scholars, members of the Islamic Fiqh Assembly, and the Supreme Council of the World Union of Islamic Scholars, this encyclopedia was officially recognized as a credible document for promoting Islamic unity.
During the unveiling ceremony, which was held under the patronage of King Salman of Saudi Arabia, participants described the work as “a historic roadmap for the convergence of the Muslim world based on religious commonalities.”
The scholars present at the conference emphasized the need for wide distribution of this encyclopedia across the Islamic world and urged its use in academic centers, universities, and religious institutions.
They considered the project a practical response to the long-standing need of the Muslim community to reduce sectarian conflicts and strengthen the discourse of unity.
According to a statement from the Intellectual Property Protection Center, this encyclopedia, based on reliable sources from all Islamic sects, aims to achieve three main goals:
1. Providing a model for academic dialogue between denominations.
2. Identifying and explaining common theological and jurisprudential principles.
3. Preventing the misuse of sectarian differences for harmful purposes.
The officials at the center announced plans to translate this work into English, French, and Urdu. Additionally, a digital interactive version with advanced search capabilities is in development.
