Pakistan PM Expresses Concern Over Iranian Missile Strike on U.S. Base in Qatar

Islamabad – Pakistani Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, in a phone call on Monday night with Ali Mubarak Ali Essa Al-Khater, the Ambassador of Qatar to Islamabad, expressed serious concern over reports of an Iranian missile strike targeting a U.S. military base in Qatari territory.

Weezharoz-During the conversation, the Prime Minister conveyed solidarity with the government and people of Qatar during this difficult time and emphasized the need for concerted efforts to de-escalate tensions and restore peace and stability in the region.

In response, the Qatari Ambassador expressed gratitude for the Prime Minister’s immediate outreach and his expression of support for Qatar’s leadership and people during this critical moment.

The call came amid heightened regional tensions following Iran’s reported missile attack on the Al Udeid Air Base.
