Weezha Ro-A tech company has introduced a life-size AI girlfriend robot capable of “expressing emotions” and engaging in conversation, priced at an “affordable” $175,000.
The robot, named “Aria,” has expressed interest in meeting Tesla’s Optimus Robot.
Andrew Kiguel, CEO of Realbotix, stated that he is working on creating robots that are “indistinguishable from humans.”
Realbotix said, “By incorporating advanced motor technology, Melody enhances fluid movement, modularity, and interaction, making her a versatile option for various applications.”
“Melody was designed with the goal of making robots easy to transport and adaptable for various forms of personal interaction.”
The robots were showcased at the 2025 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.
