Key Security Meeting in Kandahar: Comprehensive Report Presented to the Emir and Crucial Decisions Made to Strengthen National Security

In an important meeting held in Kandahar to discuss the country's security issues, senior security and defense officials of Afghanistan, including Mawlawi Mohammad Yaqoob Mujahid, Minister of National Defense, Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani, Minister of Interior, Mullah Abdulhaq Wasiq, Head of Intelligence, Mullah Abdulqayyum Zakir, Deputy Minister of Defense, and Mawlawi Mohammad Nabi Omari, Deputy Minister of Interior, presented a comprehensive report on the country's security situation to the Emir of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

Weezha Roz-Kabul-Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesperson for the Islamic Emirate, stated in a tweet that security agencies’ proposals were heard: “In this session, the plans and suggestions of the responsible national security bodies were reviewed.”

Mujahid added that the attending officials received the necessary directives regarding improving performance, operational procedures, and enhancing overall stability.
