Israel Accepts Trump’s Ceasefire Proposal; Netanyahu Warns of Strong Response to Any Violation

Tel Aviv – Amid escalating military tensions between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Israel, the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office announced on Tuesday morning, June 24 (3rd of Saratan), that Tel Aviv has agreed to a ceasefire proposal put forward by U.S. President Donald Trump.

Weezharoz-In a statement issued by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel declared that it has decided to accept the ceasefire “after achieving its key objectives,” including the “destruction of Iran’s nuclear capabilities and ballistic missile infrastructure.”

Netanyahu stressed that Israel would respond swiftly and decisively to any violation of the ceasefire by Iran or its proxy forces.

The announcement comes after days of intense missile exchanges and aerial assaults between the two sides, raising fears of the conflict spreading to other parts of the region, particularly the Persian Gulf.

The ceasefire initiative by Washington and Israel’s agreement to it is seen as a major step toward de-escalation. However, Iranian officials have yet to issue an official response.

Political analysts warn that any success in stabilizing the ceasefire will depend on a complete halt to attacks and mutual adherence by both parties.
