Islamic Emirate Rejects Claims of Foreign Group Presence in Afghanistan

Kabul – Zabihullah Mujahid, spokesperson for the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, has strongly denied recent remarks made by members of the U.S. House of Representatives alleging the presence of foreign groups in Afghanistan or the existence of threats originating from Afghan territory.

weezharoz-“We categorically reject the claim made from the U.S. Congress suggesting that foreign groups are operating in Afghanistan or that any threat exists from Afghan soil,” Mujahid said.

He further stated that Afghanistan is governed by a unified and strong administration with full control over its entire territory, and that no individual or group is allowed to use the country’s land against any other nation.

These comments come amid reports from American sources expressing concerns over the possible reemergence of foreign militant groups within Afghanistan.

The spokesperson reaffirmed the Islamic Emirate’s commitment to the principle of non-interference and its determination to prevent any threat from emanating from Afghan soil.

He emphasized that regional stability and security remain key priorities for the Afghan government.
