Iran’s Strategic Silence in Response to Trump’s Self-Aggrandizing Letter; Javan Newspaper Predicts
Javan Newspaper, affiliated with Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), analyzed the recent letter from former U.S. President Donald Trump to Iran’s Supreme Leader and predicted the Islamic Republic’s response.

Weezha Roz-Kabul-In its analytical report, the newspaper described Trump as a narcissistic figure and emphasized:Based on the principled and unwavering policy of the Islamic Republic, it can be assumed that no response will be given to Trump’s letter even if the letter is permitted to reach its intended recipient.
Javan highlighted Trump’s approach during his presidency, including the unilateral withdrawal from the JCPOA (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action) and the imposition of harsh sanctions against Iran, calling these actions emblematic of Washington’s unreliable and theatrical policies.
Analysts at the newspaper pointed to the Trump administration’s tense and hostile track record, stressing that the Islamic Republic of Iran, in line with safeguarding its sovereign principles and its experience of futile engagement with the U.S., will never respond to such letters, which they described as “propaganda tools lacking substantive content.”
The report further stated:Iran’s silence in the face of such moves is not a sign of weakness but rather a reflection of a smart strategy rooted in dignity and wisdom in foreign policy.
America must understand that psychological games and performative letter-writing have no place in Iran’s resistance diplomacy.
This analysis comes as international experts also view Iran’s non-response to Trump’s letter as a logical step toward reducing unnecessary tensions and upholding the Islamic Republic’s principled positions.
