Dubai-In a significant diplomatic engagement, Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri met with Afghanistan's Acting Foreign Minister, Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi, in Dubai. This high-level meeting focused on strengthening bilateral relations, regional developments, and expanding humanitarian cooperation between India and Afghanistan.
