Tehran / Tel Aviv– As reciprocal strikes between Iran and Israel continue, both sides have issued unprecedented public warnings to each other’s civilians within the past 24 hours—marking a dangerous new phase of psychological and military confrontation.
In the early hours of today, the Israeli military released a marked map and an “urgent warning” to residents of District 18 in Tehran, stating that the area will soon be targeted in further aerial and missile attacks.
Civilians were urged to evacuate immediately to avoid casualties.
Simultaneously, Major General Seyyed Abdolrahim Mousavi, Chief of Staff of Iran’s Armed Forces, released a video message threatening a forthcoming “punitive operation” against Israel.
He warned residents of Tel Aviv and Haifa to leave their cities and not fall victim to what he described as “Netanyahu’s animalistic ambitions.”
These mutual threats come as the Iran-Israel conflict enters its fifth day, already leaving dozens dead, hundreds injured, and causing significant economic damage.
Analysts warn that direct threats against civilians suggest both sides are pushing beyond traditional red lines of proxy warfare, significantly increasing the risk of full-scale regional conflict.
No official response has yet been issued by the United Nations or major world powers, though the regional atmosphere remains highly volatile.
