Emphasis by Islamic Emirate Officials on the Prosperity of Afghanistan and Constructive Engagement with the World

This morning, the Eid al-Fitr prayer ceremony was held with the participation of high-ranking officials from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, cabinet ministers, military officials, and hundreds of citizens at the presidential palace compound in Kabul. The ceremony, which emphasized national unity, solidarity with Muslims around the world, and messages related to economic and political matters, was described as a significant milestone in the atmosphere of peace and security after years of unrest.

Weezha Roz-Kabul– Before the prayer, Mufti Mahmood Zakhiri, the imam of the Abdul Rahman Grand Mosque, in his sermon highlighted the virtues of the month of Ramadan and the importance of Eid al-Fitr.

He congratulated Muslims worldwide, especially the people of Palestine, stating, “Palestine is a shared pain for the Islamic Ummah, and we will never forget their suffering.”

After the prayer, Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, the administrative deputy of the Prime Minister’s Office, emphasized the need for the return of Afghans living abroad to their homeland, saying, “Afghanistan is the common home for all of us, and its prosperity is only possible through collective cooperation.

” He added, “We desire good relations with all countries based on mutual respect.”

Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, the economic deputy of the Prime Minister’s Office, referred to the current stability, saying, “Today, we celebrate Eid in complete security under the peace of the Islamic Emirate.

” He stressed to the international community, “Foreigners will not build our country; true happiness lies in serving our own land.”

He called on countries to pave the way for political and economic engagement with Afghanistan.

Dr. Mullah Abdul Wasi, the head of the Prime Minister’s Office, read out the message of Mullah Mohammad Hasan Akhund, which emphasized helping those in need, implementing major economic projects, and developing relations with the world.

The Prime Minister addressed the neighbors, saying, “Do not force Afghan refugees into expulsion,” and added that Afghanistan is not an interventionist country, but it is striving for national interests and good relations.

In another part of the message, the Prime Minister, referring to the crimes committed by the Israeli regime in Gaza, stated, “We feel the pain of the Palestinians. May God save them and destroy the oppressors.”

At the end of the ceremony, Sheikh Fariduddin Mahmood, the head of the Afghanistan Academy of Sciences, concluded the ceremony with prayers for unity and progress in the country.

This symbolic ceremony, with a combination of hopeful domestic and diplomatic messages, emphasized the priorities of the Islamic Emirate, including national unity, economic self-sufficiency, constructive engagement with the world, and solidarity with oppressed Muslims (especially Palestine).

The emphasis on the return of refugees and collective participation for the prosperity of Afghanistan was the main focus of the speeches.
