Weezha Roz– The Ministry of Energy and Water of Afghanistan has announced in a statement that a cooperation agreement has been signed for the construction of two power dams in Herat province, located in the western part of Afghanistan.
According to the statement, Abdul Latif “Mansoor,” the Acting Minister of Energy and Water, signed a cooperation agreement with a construction company for the surveying, design, and implementation of the “Tazrabid” and “Wakhel” reservoir dams in Herat province.
The statement adds that, under the terms of this agreement, the construction company will begin its activities in the fields of surveying, design, and implementation for the mentioned reservoir dams.
Additionally, the Ministry of Energy and Water will collaborate with the company in accordance with the provisions of the agreement.
