Clarification from the Ministry of Justice regarding recent media rumors against the Minister of Justice of the Islamic Emirate

Weezha Roz-Kabul-The Ministry of Justice of the Islamic Emirate has issued a statement in response to recent media rumors against the Minister of Justice, Mawlawi Abdul Hakim Shari.
The Ministry has rejected and condemned these rumors.
The statement indicates that some media outlets have spread false and untrue reports, claiming that the Minister of Justice has resigned from his position.
The Ministry of Justice considers these accusations to be entirely unfounded and has called on the biased media outlets to refrain from spreading rumors and false news.
The Ministry emphasized that Mawlawi Abdul Hakim Shari has been appointed for the second time as Minister of Justice, in accordance with the guidance of the Islamic Emirate’s leadership.
The Minister of Justice traveled to Dubai for medical treatment and will soon return to the country after fully recovering, continuing his official duties.
Barakatullah Rasooli, spokesman for the Ministry of Justice, stated that the Minister of Justice has always emphasized obedience to the Amir of the Islamic Emirate, considering this principle essential for strengthening the system and advancing the goals of the Islamic Emirate.
The Ministry of Justice has warned that spreading such false rumors not only damages the credibility of the media in the eyes of the public but also creates confusion and concern in the minds of the people.
Finally, the Ministry has called on the media and enemies of the system to refrain from spreading baseless rumors and to verify the accuracy of their information before publishing, as these rumors will ultimately be proven false.
