Bloody Clash After Jafar Train Attack; Baloch Solidarity Committee’s Provocative Actions Under Scrutiny

Following a deadly attack on the Jafar train, which resulted in the deaths of several members of the BLA (Baloch Liberation Army), the latest response from the Baloch Solidarity Committee has led to widespread condemnation from both the authorities and the Pakistani security community. Rather than expressing sympathy for the victims or condemning the terrorist actions, the committee has, in alignment with violence, illegally removed the bodies of the attackers from a hospital in Quetta, sparking a new wave of tension.

Weezha Roz-Islamabad-According to security sources, Mehrang Baloch, the leader of the Baloch Solidarity Committee, along with his armed supporters, stormed the Quetta hospital and seized the bodies of the individuals killed in the Jafar train attack.

This action has been deemed not only a violation of health and security laws but also a provocative move that indirectly endorses terrorism.

Pakistani authorities confirm that when police and security forces intervened to disperse the illegal gathering, members of the committee opened fire.

During the ensuing clash, two people were killed and dozens more injured. Notably, sources suggest that part of the casualties resulted from gunfire by the same group, highlighting their disregard for civilian lives.

Pakistani security officials emphasize that the Baloch Solidarity Committee, with financial support from foreign actors, aims to destabilize the region and undermine development projects in Balochistan.

Exploiting human rights rhetoric, the group engages in psychological warfare and stirs public opinion against the central government.

The security agencies have called on citizens to remain vigilant against the fabricated propaganda of these groups and to strengthen national unity.

It has been emphasized that only through unity can the schemes of both domestic and foreign enemies be thwarted and Pakistan’s path to progress be secured.
