Zabihullah Mujahid: Salaries of Government Employees Will Be Paid This Month

Weezha Roz-Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesperson of the Islamic Emirate, stated that the country’s budget is internally based and is not dependent on the arrival or non-arrival of foreign aid.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Finance, this high-ranking spokesperson quoted the Ministry as assuring that the salaries of all government employees will be paid during this month (Delwa).
Mujahid wrote on his X account that no one should be worried, as the Ministry of Finance will pay the salaries of one million and forty thousand Emirate employees.
This comes at a time when some media outlets have reported that due to the suspension of U.S. aid, the Islamic Emirate has informed all government employees that their monthly salaries have been postponed for three months.
