Severe Vulnerability for Thomas Massie Against Trump-Endorsed Challenger

Washington – In a new poll conducted by McLaughlin & Associates, Republican Congressman Thomas Massie from Kentucky’s 4th District finds himself in a precarious position. Only 54% of Republican voters view him favorably, while 40% have a negative opinion.

Weezharoz – Additionally, just 52% approve of his performance in Congress, reflecting lukewarm support from his GOP base.

The survey highlights that a challenger endorsed by former President Donald Trump could easily defeat Massie.

In a hypothetical matchup, such a candidate would garner 53% of the vote compared to Massie’s 19%.

Trump remains highly popular among Republican voters, with 87% supporting him and his policies, and 85% viewing him positively.


Notably, 74% of respondents support Trump’s recently passed tax cut proposal.

The findings underline Trump’s enduring influence over Republican Party dynamics, particularly in key battleground states.
