Zabihullah Mujahid Rejects UN Quarterly Report: “Incorrect, Biased, and Contrary to Reality”

Kabul-Zabihullah Mujahid, spokesperson for the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, has rejected the latest quarterly report by the United Nations on Afghanistan, calling it “based on false information and aimed at propaganda.”

Weezharoz-In an official statement, Mujahid said: “The report published in the name of the United Nations distorts the realities of Afghanistan and seeks to provoke unnecessary concerns by exaggerating minor issues.”

He stressed that security in the country has significantly improved compared to the past and that people are living in peace.

Mujahid further criticized international institutions for constantly portraying a negative image of Afghanistan, saying they ignore progress while amplifying isolated incidents.

He noted that many of the so-called “security incidents” mentioned in the report are actually ordinary criminal cases, which occur more frequently in other countries than in Afghanistan.

Reaffirming public trust in the current system, Mujahid urged Afghans not to be misled by inaccurate foreign narratives.

“The country enjoys stability and security.

During Eid al-Adha alone, over two million domestic trips were recorded a clear sign of peace and public confidence,” he said.
