India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Begin Three-Nation Tour Starting June 15
New Delhi-Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will embark on a three-nation official visit beginning June 15. The tour will start with his participation in the G7 Summit in Canada, followed by visits to Cyprus and Croatia.

Weezharoz-Manish, India’s High Commissioner to Cyprus, described the visit as historic, noting that it will be the first time in over two decades that an Indian Prime Minister visits Cyprus.
According to him, the trip aims to strengthen cooperation in key areas including trade, technology, tourism, and investment.
Security and defense matters will also be central topics of discussion.
The High Commissioner emphasized the importance of expanding commercial ties and cultural and people-to-people exchanges, while regional and global issues will also be addressed during the visit.
This tour comes as India seeks to broaden its international influence and views enhanced cooperation with diverse countries as a core part of its long-term economic and political strategy.
Official receptions and high-level meetings are planned in all three countries, with expectations of significant outcomes for bilateral and multilateral relations.
