Warm Welcome for High-Level Kazakh Delegation Marks New Chapter in Afghanistan-Kazakhstan Economic Cooperation
KABUL– A high-ranking delegation from Kazakhstan, led by the country’s Prime Minister, arrived in Kabul today (Monday) for an official visit. Alongside political discussions with officials from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the Kazakh delegation will participate in the first Afghanistan-Kazakhstan Trade Exhibition, scheduled for tomorrow (Tuesday, February 20) in Kabul.

Weezharoz– The primary goal of this visit is to strengthen economic and trade relations between the two nations.
The joint exhibition presents a significant opportunity to boost commercial exchanges and attract foreign investment into Afghanistan.
This visit comes at a time when Afghanistan, under the Islamic Emirate’s rule, continues to face economic challenges and international isolation.
Some analysts view the visit as a strategic effort by the Islamic Emirate to break this isolation through regional partnerships.
As a key trading partner in Central Asia, Kazakhstan could play a pivotal role in improving Afghanistan’s economic outlook.
