Strict Monitoring of Employee Attendance in Government Offices Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs Committed to Strengthening Administrative Discipline
After the holidays for Eid al-Fitr, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of Afghanistan, through its Department of Labor Inspection and Guidance, has intensified its monitoring efforts to ensure regular attendance, adherence to administrative discipline, and improved performance in government offices. This initiative aims to enhance productivity, transparency, and accountability within the country’s administrative system.

Weezha Roz-Kabul-Key Objectives:
1. Maintaining order and administrative discipline after long holidays.
2. Precise control of employee attendance in government offices.
3. Full cooperation of offices with the ministry’s inspection teams.
4. Preventing productivity loss due to unauthorized absences.
The ministry’s officials are tasked with visiting offices to review attendance reports and employee performance.
Government offices are required to provide attendance records to inspectors without concealment.
Failure to cooperate with the inspectors or violating administrative rules will be followed up according to the administrative regulations.

2. Daily recording and updating of employee attendance records.
3. Submission of monthly reports to the Ministry of Labor for ongoing oversight.
