Attack on Military Convoy in Nushki and Train Hijacking in Mashkaf; Baloch Liberation Army Claims Execution of Hundreds of Civilians
According to the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), the group has carried out attacks on military forces in two separate operations in the Nushki and Mashkaf areas of Balochistan, Pakistan. The group claimed responsibility for an attack on a train near the Mashkaf Tunnel in the Bolan region, where they allegedly executed 214 civilians.

The attack in Nushki occurred approximately 7 kilometers from the headquarters of the Frontier Corps (FC) in the city.
The BLA stated that they targeted a Pakistani military convoy with heavy weapons and inflicted “significant casualties” on government forces.
According to some reports from Balochistan media, the incident near the Mashkaf Tunnel occurred along the mountainous route of Bolan.
Additionally, a spokesperson for the group issued a statement claiming: “214 civilian hostages, identified for collaborating with the military, were executed.”
So far, no official entity in Pakistan (including the military and the Ministry of Interior) has confirmed or denied these claims.
Some local media have reported “hearing heavy clashes” in Nushki, but no exact casualty figures have been released.
Human rights organizations have called for an immediate investigation into the alleged execution of civilians.
The mountainous area near the Mashkaf Tunnel is reported to be the site where the train was hijacked.
Pakistani authorities have declared the security situation on the Bolan and Nushki routes to be “highly sensitive” and have urged civilians to avoid unnecessary travel to these areas.
