Explosive Claim by Baloch Leader: “Pakistan Has Completely Lost Control Over Balochistan”
Akhtar Mengal, the leader of the Balochistan National Party, made shocking remarks, claiming that the Pakistani government has completely lost control over "even an inch" of Balochistan, and that the ongoing conflicts have entered a "full-scale and irreversible" phase. He attributed this situation to decades of systematic oppression and suppression of the Baloch people by the central government.

Weezha Roz-Kabul-Mengal stated in a blunt message, “This war is over. We warned many times, just as our ancestors warned.
But they mocked our words, ignored our warnings, and continued with their system of oppression, plunder, and bloodshed.”
Referring to Balochistan’s tense history, he added, “Every Pakistani government, without exception, has been complicit in the systematic genocide of the Baloch.
This is a reality that every institution and government is responsible for—everyone is against us.”
Balochistan has long been a battleground between separatist groups and Pakistan’s security forces.
Critics argue that Islamabad’s discriminatory economic and security policies have only exacerbated the anger of the region’s marginalized people.
Mengal’s claim comes at a time when intensified military operations in Balochistan have sparked a new wave of protests and international concerns.
Political experts warn that the claim of “complete loss of control” over Balochistan could indicate a significant escalation of tensions or a shift in the power balance in the region.
However, Pakistani officials have yet to respond to these remarks.
